Co-requisites: PTA 2251 This course is aimed at developing knowledge related to patient management during daily living activities such as bed mobility, transfers, ambulation with various orthotic, prosthetic, and assistive devices, necessary for the functioning of individuals with physical disabilities. It will allow the student to understand the need for adaptations and the removal of architectural barriers in our streets, shopping centers, and communities.
