Three (3) credits, 45 hours This course deals with the concept of public debt and the social repercussions that the economic activity of the investment market generates on countries and government systems. Theoretical and practical aspects of democracy, capitalism, social inequality, poverty and economic power over the common welfare are examined, as well as the processes of restructuring the debts contracted in various countries.
