Political relations between Puerto Rico and the United States

Three (3) credits, 45 hours The course addresses the issue of political and legal relations between Puerto Rico and the United States and the debate on the alternatives of political status in relation to their economic, legal and social implications. The course also examines the resolutio ns of the United Nations Organization, the projects of the United States Congress on political status and the electoral events where the people of Puerto Rico have been consulted on their political future.
