Gender and Political Power

Three (3) credits, 45 hours This course examines the social, political and structural variables that influence processes of selection and composition of public and private institutions based on gender considerations. The course addresses the democratization process within electoral processes, the power of the vote and legislative representation, which affects political power and public authority.
