Co-requisite: NUR 3325 This course provides the nursing student with the necessary knowledge and skills to perform a comprehensive health assessment based on the client’s needs. The student will be required to use critical thinking to determine which assessment skills to use with each clien t. Health assessment techniques include performing a general physical exam, and assessing specific areas that need to be addressed.
