This course provides an introduction to the application of the nursing process in order to provide care to individuals with problems in the integumentary system. It focuses on the correct identification of skin injuries, the planning, and the different interventions used in nursing care. In addition, it includes the evaluation of the care given. National, as well as international, wound care guides are evaluated.
