Catalog description
Course aimed at the study of the methods and techniques of evaluation of the client’s physical fitness. Consultation processes, observation strategies, interpretation of diagnosis, and results of physical fitness tests are designed. It includes practical design exercises, and crea tion of physical training programs of different types, such as: cardiovascular, muscular, respiratory and metabolic. In addition, the following factors are applied in the design of programs: population, medical diagnosis, results of flexibility and maximum strength tests, equipment disposition and costs for services.
