Three (3) credits. 60 hours The purpose of this course is to develop the skills, competencies, and attitudes required in advance health services billing, using different technological applications. It includes medical services accreditation and contracting, Medicare and Advantage Plans payment policies, evaluation and management guides, procedures and modifiers for outpatient services, dental and laboratory services, and corresponding ICD and CPT codes.
