Catalog description
This course discusses the scientific methodology in the art of interviewing and interrogation techniques. It discusses the psychological profile of victims and witnesses, as well as the legal standards a nd constitutional rights of those who are subject to interrogation by the state. The student will learn how to legally conduct interviews and interrogations that are well documented and admissible in a court of law and be prepared to testify in court, specifically in the Supreme Court of Puerto Rico.
