This course focuses on special laws that operate within the Puerto Rico’s Legal System, including the legal and sociological aspects that prompted their creation. Other topics include Puerto Rico`s laws regarding firearms, controlled substances, domestic v iolence, minors, organized crime, stalking, explosives, and governmental ethics, among others.
