Catalog description

This course is a study of how fashion businesses launch and sell products. It describes the traditional marketing aspects, such as price policies, distribution, product development, life cycles, and communication strategies. It also pays special attention to contemporary aspects, like e -marketing, companies’ social responsibilities, celebrity influence, brand alliances, emotional branding, and new forms of luxury. Product design is studied, from the moment it’s conceived by the designer until it arrives to the stores, and ultimately to the consumer.
