Examination of similarities and differences in older adults’ leisure activities and how leisure involvement is associated with health in later life. Topics may include typical patterns of leisure behavior in later life; the relationship between leisure activities and physical, cognitive, social, and emotional health; and an introduction to aspects of planning leisure activity programs for the aging population.
