Examination of the challenges of leading military teams in the contemporary operating environment (COE). Focus on providing the knowledge necessary to analyze terrain, plan and issue operations orders, conduct patrols and other small unit military operations. Includes COE case studies, assessment of individual leadership styles, and exercise of communication and team building skills.
