Catalog description

This course focuses on developing effective skills to manage and lead people in today’s complex organizations. Students will analyze the essential elements of teams, group culture, individuals, and their interrelationships in multicultural and global organizations in order to develop methods that elicit high performance. In addition to exploring the human aspect of an enterprise, the intrinsic role of an organization’s mission, vision, purpose, core competencies, and structure will be examined.
