Seminar I

Catalog description

This course will be held during clinical rotation. Students have the opportunity to discuss and share clinical experiences with other students and faculty. Students will learn to be knowledgeable concerning the state laws in which they are practicing. Professionalism, ethics and jurisprudence will also be discussed. Included in seminar will be instruction on techniques to prepare for Dental Assisting Certification Examinations. Students will demonstrate the ability to pronounce, define, and spell key terms.
