Pre-requisites: SOWK 533 ; graduate standing in the MSW program. Examines and applies the planned change model and an integrated approach to social work practice with families and groups. Perspectives of ecology, strengths-based, life course, and anti-oppression guide students through the practice of family-based services and group work. Ethical dilemmas to practice with families and groups are reviewed.
