Pre-requisites: English proficiency, or permission of the instructor. Allows students to examine and apply theoretical and practical foundations of experiential learning, adult learning, and leadership within a variety of group-based environments. Centers on exploring experiential methodologies and leadership assessments used to custom design experiences that drive transformation in individuals, groups, and organizations.
