Catalog description

Pre-requisites: junior standing. Designed to examine various cognitive and behavioral change procedures in terms of their theoretical basis and applied strategies. Operant, respondent, social learning, and cognitive theories and their applications are studied. Students are required to engage in a self-change project throughout the quarter in order to better understand the principles of cognitive and behavioral change.
