Catalog description

Pre-requisites: PSYC 310 or CSBS 320 or equivalent. Provides a current analysis of the most widely used psychological tests in schools, professional training programs, business, industry, the military, and clinical settings. Students learn how psychological tests are constructed, how they are used, and how an understanding of them can make a difference in their careers and everyday lives. Issues of fairness, bias, and social consequences for use and interpretation with diverse populations are addressed.
