Pre-requisites: POLI 203 or POLI 204 . If the 20th century was all about oil, the 21st century is about water. Issues that include privatization, water markets, transboundary conflicts, loss of indigenous water rights and water governance, dams and river basin management, and a host of habitat and water quality issues dominate contemporary water policy in the United States and international arenas.
