Pre-requisites: POLI 203 or POLI 204 . Examines international economic systems and their relation to world political realities. Students examine theories of state political-economic relations and the history of international efforts to manage trade, monetary, and financial systems by applying theories to contemporary global political economics, such as North-South issues and the political economy of oil and war.
