Catalog description

Pre-requisites: POLI 203 or POLI 204 or permission of instructor. Satisfies: a university graduation requirement–global studies. Engages in a study of the history, structures, and processes of international organizations within the world community. Focusing primarily on the United Nations system and its role in shaping global, national, group, and state-society relations, the course also addresses other organizations such as the European Union and the World Trade Organization, as well as non-governmental organizations (NGOs).
