Catalog description

Pre-requisites: POLI 100 and POLI 300 . Examines the principal structural features of the U.S. governmental system, primarily through the study of decisions of the United States Supreme Court. Particular attention is paid to the structural realities of separation of powers and federalism and to the development of the specific powers of the national government in the light of the powers retained by the states.
