Catalog description

Pre-requisites: graduate standing. Provides students with a professional-level understanding of how and why of environmental review is conducted under the National Environmental Policy Act, the Washington State Environmental Policy Act, and other statutes, such as the Endangered Species Act. Includes an introduction to environmental review, an overview of the legislative, legal, and technical evolution of environmental review, and a critical analysis of the tools of environmental review.
