Catalog description
Pre-requisites: all courses in physical therapy are restricted to students accepted into the program. Corequisite: PHTH 501SL . The structure and function of the human body are presented in a regional format. Students develop an understanding of anatomical elements through the study of models, atlas drawings, and photographs. They also work in small groups to dissect human cadavers. The major emphasis is on the structures of the upper and lower extremities. Companion course to PHTH 501SL .
