FIELD PRACTICUM.

Catalog description

Pre-requisites: permission of the instructor, department chair and college dean. Course designed to provide a minimum of 20 hours of practicum school experience in teaching physical education or coaching. The student works in an assistant capacity under a master teacher or coach (Elementary or Secondary Level). Journal procedures are planned and evaluated with the university instructor. At least two on-site visits are made by the instructor.
