Pre-requisites: PHED 152 or instructor's permission required. Designed as a vehicle for the individual to more fully develop and implement an effective psychological skills training (PST) program. A hands-on course oriented towards actually helping the individual develop the psychological skills necessary to "become the best athlete one can be."
