Pre-requisites: ENGL 101 , may be taken concurrently or permission of the instructor. Satisfies: a BACR for humanities and arts. This course is design to be an introductory health, wellness, and sustainability living class that provides a broad overview of a number of topics that specifically focus on living a healthy physically active lifestyle connecting people, place and planet as well as increasing an individual’s awareness of how to be a greener consumer.
