Catalog description

Pre-requisites: accepted into the occupational therapy program. Designed to provide entry level occupational therapy students’ knowledge and skills in practice skills and policy. Focuses on four main elements of practice including basic clinical skills, clinical writing and documentation, professional roles and policy, and ethics. The intent is to establish basic skills that can be further developed in practice specific courses to enable them to demonstrate entry-level practice competencies.
