Pre-requisites: MUSC 293 or MUSC 362 . Whether working in the studio, on-stage, or developing new media, one must possess both an understanding of theoretical concepts and highly developed critical listening skills related to sound design, processing, and production. This course trains the aural acuity of students from both an audio production and sound design perspective, while teaching the skills needed to distinguish audio sources, synthesis, and signal-processing techniques.
