Catalog description

Pre-requisites: admission to the Master of Science in Management program or permission of the School of Business Director of Graduate Programs. This intensive course integrates Conflict Resolution and essential Emotional Intelligence (EI) skills. Students analyze conflict roots, styles, and master practical negotiation/mediation frameworks. Emphasis on developing EI competencies (self-awareness, self-regulation, empathy, social skills) to effectively manage disputes in any setting. Case studies and applied exercises teach students to transform conflict into growth/productive collaboration.
