Explores the strategic role of human capital, focusing on how effective HR management drives success. Examines talent acquisition, performance, training, and retention. Topics include legal/ethical issues, diversity/inclusion, and global HR. Emphasis is on applying frameworks to managerial decisions and developing strategies to maximize employee engagement and performance.
