Pre-requisites: admission to the Master of Science in Management program or permission of the School of Business Director of Graduate Programs. Examines how organizations achieve long-term success by formulating and implementing strategy. Students learn to analyze external environments and internal capabilities to determine competitive positioning and growth choices. The focus is on applying strategic frameworks and leadership principles to align people, processes, and culture. Case studies and projects offer practical application for real-world business challenges.
