Catalog description
Pre-requisites: admission to the Master of Science in Management program or permission of the School of Business Director of Graduate Programs. Examines the behavior of individuals and groups within organizations, with emphasis on how leaders influence, motivate, and guide others. Students explore motivation theories, team dynamics, organizational culture, power and politics, communication strategies, and contemporary leadership approaches. The goal is to understand how to foster productivity, collaboration, and a positive work environment while developing one’s own leadership philosophy and skills.
