Pre-requisites: MLSC 401 or 401S and permission of instructor required. This course continues instruction on how to train, mentor and evaluate subordinates. MS Cadets function as a Cadet staff officer and apply the Military Decision Making Process (MDMP), Army writing style and the Army’s principles of training and training management cycle during weekly training meetings to plan, execute and assess battalion training events.
