Catalog description

Notes: this course is repeatable. Pre-requisites: completion of ROTC Basic Course (MLSC 100 and 200 series) or department chair approval required. An advanced training exercise in the development of leadership, that stresses the practical application of leadership principles, techniques, styles and responsibilities, focusing on planning, resourcing and execution. Students are responsible for the evaluation, counseling and mentoring of 10 to 30 subordinates and team members.
