Pre-requisites: junior standing. Introduces essential project management concepts, tools, and techniques through the full project lifecycle—from planning and resource allocation to risk management and performance tracking. With practical exercises and real-world scenarios, students gain skills in budgeting, team leadership, and strategic decision-making. Experience with project management software, such as Microsoft Project, prepares students to lead projects effectively.
