Pre-requisites: MATH 585 and admission to graduate program, or permission of the instructor. This course provides theory and practice with advanced topics in statistics chosen based on faculty expertise and student interests. Topics may include: generalized linear models, time series analysis, survival analysis. The course will include both a theoretical component as well as a practical component in the form of a student project.
