Pre-requisites: MATH 311 or MATH 141 . Through readings, discussion, and a hands-on problem-centered approach, students develop a profound understanding of concepts of data analysis and probability. Addresses other advanced mathematics content that is foundational to middle school mathematics, including ideas of linear approximation found in calculus and related foundational ideas in algebra.
