Pre-requisites: HUMR 328 . Part I consists of an analysis of the theoretical concepts, practical techniques, and criteria commonly recognized in the development and control of various compensation models. Part II is the application (field study) of selected concepts, techniques, and criteria considered appropriate for the solutions to local work place compensation problems.
