Catalog description
Satisfies: a BACR for humanities and arts. Examines the changes and continuities of early American history from the development of colonial societies to the end of Reconstruction. Following a chronological timeline, students evaluate and discuss historical voices in national events such as the Great Awakening, American Revolution, and the Civil War. Students examine primary and/or secondary sources to produce a research project.
