Catalog description

Pre-requisites: GEOS 528 and GEOS 538 . Advanced course in GIS project design and execution. Students are expected to work independently on a “real-world” GIS project based on either thesis research or an on-going project developed with a community partner. Students oversee all stages of the project from design to data collection to presentation of results. Required for the GIS Certificate program.
