Catalog description

Pre-requisites: GEOS 528 . Advanced course in GIS programming concepts and techniques. Students are exposed to both legacy and contemporary programming languages integrated with GIS packages. Emphasis is on creating and interpreting scripts using languages supported by current GIS software. Includes hands-on GIS and programming work in the lab.
