Notes: Students should complete a GEOS 499 project with the professor prior to beginning a Senior Thesis. This course may be repeated to complete the required 4 total credits. Pre-requisites: senior standing and permission of the instructor. Satisfies: a university graduation requirement–senior capstone. Directed research on a geoscience problem and organization of the results for oral and written presentation. End of program assessment, Senior Thesis, that meets the Department of Geosciences standards is required.
