Catalog description

Pre-requisites: FINC 335 . Covers the development of an investment portfolio objective for a hypothetical investor, collection of relevant investment data, and construction of an appropriate portfolio from capital market expectations using several available asset classes. Students learn how to incorporate risk tolerance, the ability to bear risk, the determination of return objectives consistent with risk, the investor time horizon, and unique investor circumstances into the investment policy statement.
