Pre-requisites: EENG 210 , EENG 330 , MATH 163 . Corequisite: EENG 331L . Second in the characterization, modeling and application of semiconductor devices in the context of analog integrated circuits. Emphasis is on the metal-oxide-semiconductor (MOS) transistor. Topics include differential amplifiers, frequency response and feedback effects. Companion course to EENG 331L .
