Notes: required for all secondary education students. Designed to meet multiple required standards of the Professional Educator Standards Board. Pre-requisites: EDUC 234 , EDUC 386A . (These include INTASC, CCDEI, JMLSTI,, HLP, TIP, SEL, and the SOE Conceptual Framework). Equips educators to build inclusive, culturally responsive environments through collaboration with families, colleagues, and communities. Candidates develop clear, respectful communication skills to foster trust and shared goals, identify resources to support diverse learners, and engage with Washington’s TPEP for professional growth. Emphasis is placed on adaptability to current and evolving educational trends and practices.
