Notes: Washington State Patrol Clearance/FBI fingerprinting clearance required. Pre-requisites: EDUC 304 . Concurrent enrollment in EDUC 303 , EDUC 310 , EDUC 340 and EDUC 386A (minimum of 3 credits). Placement in P–8 school with minimum of nine hours per week field experience required. This course examines the environment needed to teach the skills of listening, speaking and writing in the elementary program; including lesson plan development, assessment of student learning and classroom management and integration with social studies instruction.
