Pre-requisites: EDUC 301 . This is the final course for the mentoring certificate designed to enhance the quality of mentors in the field of education and beyond. Within education, mentors serve an important role for both pre-service and in-service teachers, principals, and others. In all fields, the act of mentoring has value for both the mentor and the mentee. This symbiotic nature is explored in modules of this course.
