Notes: may be repeated for additional credit. Pre-requisites: teaching certificate. This course is designed to enhance the quality of mentors in the field of education and beyond. Within education, mentors serve an important role for both pre-service and in-service teachers, principals, and others. In all fields, the act of mentoring has value for both the mentor and the mentee. This symbiotic nature is explored in modules of this course.
